Bare one's heart/soul

If you bare your heart (or soul) to someone, you reveal your innermost thoughts and feelings to them.

Example:
After all these years she came to the point that she can't bear it any longer, so she just bared her heart to him.

المقابل باللغة العربية:

عندما تفتح قلبك لشخصٍ ما، فانت تبوح له بأفكارك ومشاعرك الدفينة.

مثال:

بعد مرور كل هذه السنوات، وصلت إلى المرحلة التي لا تستطيع معها التحمل أكثر من هذا، لهذا باحت له بما في قلبها.
